When and if the Teleconference Platforms are not operating properly, we will conduct the lessons via Skype. Please activate or sign up for a Skype account and share your skype ID with your teacher.

Payment,  scheduling,cancellation and refund

• Fees can be paid by  PayPal or e-banking.
• There are NO refunds/make-up lessons on unused lessons.
• Lessons cannot be transferred to another student.
• If you pay via E-Banking, please send us a receipt of the transaction, as overseas transactions might take 2-3 days or more to be fully processed.
• Course fees are recurring and non-refundable after your purchase.
• Should you choose to take a break, unused lessons can be banked for you for a period equal of your Package’s remaining time. Unused lessons after that time will be considered as forfeited.
• Lesson hours cannot be transferred to another student.
• I understand and respect the fact that unexpected circumstances may prevent you from attending your lesson! Thus the Cancellation Policy from 24hours in advance has been changed to 4 hours!
  If you know in advance that you are unable to attend a lesson, please try your best to reschedule or cancel your lesson at least 4 hours in advance. You are able to cancel or reschedule the lesson without getting charged up to 4 hours before the scheduled time.
• Have in your mind that you can book as many lessons as you have paid for. For example if you have paid for a package of 10 lessons you can book ( if you want of course ) all the 10 lessons through our online scheduling system straight ahead. That’s convenient for serious and dedicated learners that want a stable and regular weekly schedule.
• The free trial is available only to first-time users. If you don’t show up without prior notice (at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled session) you can’t have another free session.
